You will be horrified to see that pictures of March2000 Drought Areas showed as if Gujarat was completely burnt down by hundreds of Nuclear Bombs.
Vegetation pictures of March1998 show green area all over Gujarat, in March1999, vegetation green patches are gone but in March2000 area is red as if there is no vegetation.
Modi, BJP and their Lie machinery take 2000 as base year to claim agricultural production has double since 2000.
Obviously 1996-1998 was best period in Gujarat Agriculture.
