Amira Hass, the Haaretz journalist, is an Israeli zionist impostor. Her article titled, Israel must understand it cannot be like America, is published by Haaretz (see : http://www.haaretz.com/opinion/israel-must-understand-it-cannot-be-like-america-1.423677). Acting like all the other zionist impostors her stated wish is to reform and to improve the zionist state by making it less racist and less fascist. Her wish, as expressed in her article, has got the enthusiastic support of an American zionist impostor, Philip Weiss. His article titled, Amira Hass explains why Israel's U.S. model of ethnic cleansing failed, and why 'Jewish regime' will 'crumble' (see : http://mondoweiss.net/2012/04/amira-hass-explains-why-israels-u-s-model-of-ethnic-cleansing-failed-and-why-jewish-regime-will-crumble.html), extols Amira's article as follows : "This is a frankly anti-Zionist piece".
However, he should have read it again, and more carefully, because there is no anti-zionist statement there, and certainly no condemnation of the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. She does not demand the disbanding of this racist and fascist regime. Instead she only warns by questioning as follows : "The question was, and is, how much more bloodshed, suffering and disasters will be needed until the Jewish regime of discrimination and separation, which we have created here over the past 64 years, crumbles." In other words. She refuses to name the regime as a zionist regime, calling it "the Jewish regime" according to the zionist terminology, and she states that it will eventually crumble by itself, so there is no need to disband it now, according to Amira Hass.
Moreover, Amira Hass considers the "two states solution" as a ladder which the Palestinians have provided as follows : "The Palestinians provided us, the Israelis, a ladder that would have saved us the kind of suffering and loss that we have caused them. A ladder that we could have climbed to a historic rung where we could have been accepted in the region as neighbors who also have roots in this place and rights - not only as aggressive invaders." What she advocates is the old zionist - the "Geneva Initiative" type as against the ethnic cleansing type by the fanatical zionists - peace agreement with the Palestinians. It would leave intact the zionist apartheid regime of Israel, and inevitably lead to a Palestinian bantustan which would be totally dependent on this racist and fascist zionist regime.
One more detail, perhaps the most important one of the Hass article, which Weiss fails to mention in his article, is the complete absence of the word zionism, let alone anti-zionism, from her article. She should know that the Israeli people have been deceived by zionist propaganda, and under a zionist regime, therefore the wrong views they are holding now have been imposed on them. No one there, including Amira Hass, has offered them an anti-zionist alternative.
