Thousands of Americans protesting the U.S. policies against the Islamic Republic of Iran along with a group of Iranian-Americans took to the streets. "No war, no terrorism, no sanctions and no interference in Iran's internal affairs" shouted the protesters in more than 79 U.S. cities.
BarackObama.ir— Anti-capitalist Protests in the U.S. in support of Iran with a slogan that says, "No war, no terrorism, no sanctions and no interference in Iran's internal affairs," has taken place in 79 U.S. cities.

Hundreds of protesters who oppose the capitalist system along with some fellow Iranian-Americans have participated in a protest that began in New York's Times Square.

In this rally, the participants shouted slogans such as "No War On Iran", "No Peace No Justice, US go out Middle east", "No War on Iran for oil and huge profit".

Moreover, American protesters were holding photos showing Ahmadi Roshan the martyr and his son. "In order to stop the Iranian nuclear program, U.S. is assassinating the scientists of this country," an Iranian-American citizen stated while pointing to the photo, as it could be seen through the online live stream video coverage.

During this event, the participants were playing drums, and shouting "No War On Iran" while the rest of protesters shouted back like what has been done in the Zuccotti park.

One of the protesters said, in fact U.S. has already started a war on Iran; "sanction and assassination is a type of war and while we are speaking of no war on Iran, it equals as we are against all this."
According to the livestreamer, during this rally where thousands of people have participated, a group of 50 people were holding green banners and were present in the protest. They were chanting slogans different to those of the Americans. One of the members of this group tried to attribute her own declarations to this protest that afterwards faced some repeated chants of "No War on Iran", and was forced to come down from the platform.

Although this group claimed to be a supporter to the Green movement, but the Iranian-American citizens who almost knew them put forward that it is more likely that they were members of Mujahidin (MKO) and the Royalists.

Later on in this rally, Sara Flounders, an American activist and the director of the group for International Action Center who organized the 4 February protests in support to Iran, pointed to the Israeli nuclear weapons besides the futile U.S. wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and she expressed that all the people participating in this protest in Washington, New York, Los Angeles, Michigan and even in small cities around the U.S. oppose any kind of war, assassination and intervention in Iran's internal affairs.

Another American protester pointed out that Hillary Clinton has stated that sanctions are not against the Iranian people. Then he announced to the public whether Hillary is right in her point to which they replied negatively with one voice.

An Iranian-American activist highlighted the weak presence of the Iranian opposition in this rally and explained to the protesters that these people are receiving funds from Saudis and Americans to come out and participate in this protest. They oppose the Iranian people's Revolution in 1979 and they falsely pretend to be against the war on Iran. These individuals live in houses that are worth in millions in northern Tehran and are not the true supporters of justice.

This report shows that despite the fact that the supporters of the Islamic Republic of Iran, such as International Action Center and Answer Coalition, have organized these protests and although they chanted "No war, no terrorism, no sanctions and no interference in Iran's internal affairs" some opposition groups tried to co-opt this movement but their number, even in New York which was considered as the main protest group was not to a degree to make them visible and as a result their effort has been a failure.
