Single window clearance for farmer suicide affected Families

There have been single window clearance for the various industries & purposes. 

I suggest govt. to setup a single window clearance for farmer suicides, as to get 

a small red cross help fund of Rs. 10000/- for the deceased also the remaining family 

members have to make rounds of the Tahsildar, BDO, RI, then collectoreate, and still

not get the money. 

The case of the Belbahali Farmer Suicide is also going through beaureaucracy.

Though it has been over a month of the case, the farmer's family has not been provided

with the remaining Rs.5000/- as promised on a humanitarian ground from the red-cross 

fund. 

On the funeral day of the farmer, the RI and Addl. Tehsildar came and promised a Rs.10000/- 

help from the redcross fund. But when I enquired the family 2 days back, they still have not 

recieved the money promised to be given for the last rites of the farmer.

Upon enquiring the Addl. Tehsildar, and RI, they washed off their hands saying 

" We have already given reports, no need to come to us, the collectoreate will take care of the rest"

So for the farmer suicide cases also I request Mr. Navin Pattnaik to setup a single window 

clearance as like for the SEZs and TPP (thermal Power Plants) etc. to receive a death compensation. 

SAD !!! SHAMELESS !!!
