Indian National Commission on Constitution Report asking for Sikh change ignored for 9 years

WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, WaheGuru Ji Ke Fateh

See Indian National Commission on Constitution Report asking for changes to the Indian Constitution on 31 March 2002 at the link below, clause 3.23.1 and 3.23.2

The Indian Government has ignored the recommendations of the Commission for over 9 years.

The Sikhs, Buddhists and Jains should not continue to be regarded as Hindus in the Indian Constitution. The Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains are different to Hindus, just as the Christians and Muslims. They should take up this discrimination with external international bodies such as United Nations and European bodies, including public demonstrations, since previous Indian Governments have continued to ignore them and public commissions.
