Back home, Malegaon youth greeted by thousands at 'Mushawerat Square'

Malegaon: Mushawerat Chowk of Malegaon was a replica of Tahrir Square
of Egypt or London Square of Britain as more than ten thousands people
waited till the wee hours on November 17 to greet the local youth who
were released on bail a day before. Mushawerat Chowk of Malegaon is
one of the spots where a bomb had exploded on September 08, in 2006.

Malegaon: If not impossible, it is uncommon indeed to see a Muslim
cleric from one sect leading prayers and delivering religious
discourses in a mosque belonging to other sect. However, this rare but
pleasant happening is witnessed in a Mumbai mosque where Muslims from
Malegaon are camping while in the metropolis to seek bail for the
local youths who are holed up in jail for the last five years after
being arrested in the 2006 Malegaon blast case.
