It must be remembered that the 'Brahmins-Hindus' political machine and the 'Brahmins-Hindus' armed forces personnel 'can' never be criminal, despite killing more than 3.2 to 3.4 million Sikhs; more than 120,000 Muslims of the occupied 'Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir; more than 500,000 Muslims in general; more than 312,500 Christians; over 15,000 Tamils; more than 15,000 civilians of the 7-sister of Assam; hundreds of thousand Dalits; hundreds thousand of Adivaasis or Moolnivasis. These Sikhs, Muslims and non-Hindus and non-Brahmins minorities were killed, because they were neither Brahmins nor the Hindus (Chor, Dakku, Oochakka, Scoundrels, etc). Both the 'Brahmins-Hindus politicians or law-makers and the personnel of armed forces need one another to protect their own skin, since 15th August, 1947.

During the period of the British Empire administration, 19th to 20th centuries, no Sikh and Muslims Lt.-Generals were court marshaled. This is the reflection that only the 'Brahmins-Hindus' in the 'Brahmins-Hindus Indian armed forces are corrupt, criminals and gross violators are Human Rights Violations. In the Sikhs, exceptions are the turbaned 'Brahmins or Hindus' in 'The Sikh Identity'. Prime examples are Manmohan Sinh and company of the New Delhi administration (see Proceedings of the U N Commission on Human Rights, Vienna, AUSTRIA, 15-25 August, 1993), and Dogra Prakash (Hanera/Darkness) Sinh Badal, an agent of the Research and Analysis Wing, his Akalis of the Akali Dal-Badal Private Limited Incorporation and cohorts.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart of the author to publish/post this news. The JL Nehru administration must be charged in absentia for killing the prime and competent Sikh Lt.-Generals in an 'helicopter crash' near Kud enroute to Srinagar from Jammu in November 1963. The sole purpose of this crash was to 'eliminate the Sikh Generals' from the armed forces as far as possible and as soon as could be under the JL Nehru's anti-Sikh policies (see THE SIKHS: SOVEREIGNTY TO SLAVERY by Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon ISBN 978-0-9811360-8-0, August 2010, printed and published in Canada).

Srinagar, October 10, 2010: APHC Chairman, Syed Ali Shah Geelani has said that India have unleashed a reign of terror to suppress the ongoing "Quite Kashmir Movement" in Occupied State of Jammu & Kashmir (OSJK).
 
Syed Ali Shah Geelani in a statement issued in Srinagar demanded an immediate withdrawal of the Indian forces from the occupied territory. "The occupation authorities have turned the Kashmir valley into a military garrison," he added.
 
Syed Ali Shah Geelani had condemned the attack on a school bus by Indian forces and imposition of 27-day long curfew in Palhalan area of Pattan. He said that the residents of the area were living under a Gaza like situation with shortage of essential commodities and medicines.
